Programs We Offer

[box] FAMILY PACT PROGRAM[/box]

Family PACT (Planning, Access, Care and Treatment). This clinical and comprehensive program was intended to provide eligible California women and men to have access to family planning methods, health education and counseling. Its goal is to primarily assist both those sexually active and those not sexually active to have access to plan methods and the decision-making process regarding their sexual and reproductive health.

The program is also designed to include selected services to protect the reproductive health of those individuals at risk for pregnancy or causing pregnancy.

Family PACT standards include:

  • Informed consent
  • Confidentiality
  • Linguistic and cultural competence
  • Access to care
  • Availability of covered services
  • Clinical and preventative services
  • Educational and counseling services

[box] CANCER DETECTION PROGRAM[/box]

The Cancer Detection Program is a free clinical program to patients that are low-income and live in the state of California. The program includes Breast exams, Mammograms, and Pap tests.

  • Breast exams and Mammograms to women age 40 and older who qualify.
  • Pelvic exams and Pap tests to women age 25 and older who qualify.

[box] COMPREHENSIVE PERINATAL SERVICES PROGRAM[/box]

The Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program is a Medi-Cal program that provides obstetric services for eligible low-income, pregnant and postpartum women. CPSP is designed to help educate the patients with specific nutrition, health education, and psychosocial services.

This is what we consider “enhanced services”.

The patient is provided with continuous information and assessments in between the trimesters and throughout the pregnancy term. The education provided serves importance to understand and respect her social, cultural, religious, traditional, and economic concerns.
